Part time Opening - ART DEPARTMENT
We are a Promotional Products company in search of a knowledgeable and
enthusiastic candidate for our Graphic Artist Position. Your

related degree are preferred. This is a small office and we all pitch
in. As such, this position also entails light customer service and the

do not offer health insurance. If you are creative, dependable, a
problem solver and a team player, we would love to hear from you! Please
email us a copy of your resume AND a brief cover letter that includes
your salary expectations and why you might be a good addition to our

Internships - SPM Marketing
SPM Marketing - Summer Internships
Summer Account Management Interns
This is a go-getter position, not a go-get-coffee one. You must be interested in advertising as a career, a multi-tasker (you’re probably doing 3 other things while you read this), a team player, good with details, and calm under pressure. You’ll be working directly with our creative teams (so you have to be fun) and our hospital clients (so you have to be nice). Not only is this a great way to learn the ins and outs of an ad agency, many of our past account interns now collect an SPM paycheck full-time.
Summer Copywriter and Art Director InternsWe are looking for art directors and copywriters. Your title will be intern but your work won’t be. You’ll be doing creative advertising for hospitals all over the U.S. In just 12 weeks you’ll gain experience in TV, print, radio, and interactive. Our past interns have described the experience as invaluable and many of them landed a full-time job with us. You must specify Art Director or Copywriter in the message body, and include a link or attachment with your creative portfolio.
Summer Media Planning InternDetail-oriented? Great at multitasking? Able to schmooze with the best of them? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Media Planning internship is the position for you! Working on a team commonly referred to as "a force to be reckoned with," our media intern will experience the ins and outs of strategic media planning and development and learn the resources necessary to launch campaigns seen nationwide (we don't mean to gloat).

Talking Tips for Creatives
Announcement from Chicago Creative Coalition (C3)
Your
Work Does Not Speak for Itself
Talking Tips for Creatives with Catherine Johns, radio legend and career coach
Your work is meaningful, even magnificent. And it’s tempting to think clients will “get it” without much input from you. Sadly, that website, photograph or video does not speak for itself. You need to speak for your work and about your work. And it helps if you speak with power and presence.
Discover how to do exactly that in this program with Catherine Johns, speaker, coach and author of "Show Up and Shine: Simple Steps to Boost Your Confidence and Charisma."
Catherine Johns works with business owners and professionals who want to get more clients, have more impact, and make more money by speaking about what they do in a way that makes people say “Oh Wow!” instead of “ho hum.”
Yes, you may remember Catherine from her career in Chicago radio alongside legends like Larry Lujack, Fred Winston and John Landecker. Since she broke out of the broadcasting boys’ club, Catherine’s been coaching entrepreneurs to develop the skills – and the confidence – to take their place at the front of the room and raise their revenue through the roof.
This program is the first in a series on how to creatively present yourself and your work.
