Who we are:
iD Gaming Academy
Imagine a summer living, dreaming, and breathing game design with teens as passionate about the field as you are. Prove that gaming is more than a hobby and help your students gain a competitive edge for college and future careers. Immerse them in game creation, help them build a portfolio, interact with industry professionals on a studio tour, and even play in gaming tournaments. All while getting paid! Instructors wanted for courses including Level Design – Unreal® Development Kit, Programming for the Xbox 360®, Game Development for iPhone® & Android™, 3D Modeling and Animation with Autodesk® Maya®, and more! Teach small (guaranteed max 8:1), personalized, two-week classes at some of the most prestigious universities across the country.
Where we are:
iD Gaming Academy is held at Stanford, Harvard, Emory, Villanova, the University of Denver, Vassar, TCU, and Lake Forest College (in the Chicago area).
What we are looking for:
We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about the field and eager to impart knowledge in a fun and hands-on learning environment. Ideal candidates will have professional experience in the field or should be close to completing a degree in game design. Experience working with teens or teaching experience is preferred.
