Call for Art - Dangerous Lullabies

Dangerous Lullabies | Call for Artists for Fine Art Exhibition in Historic Mansion

Dangerous Lullabies is a group fine art exhibition showcased in Crystal Lake's historic Dole Mansion Oct 2 - 31, 2015,

Artists are invited to submit work that explores the curious allure of things that frighten us.
If you have work that is designed to examine the beauty found in the ashes of terror or the magnetic pull of work that is disturbing, on-edge or dark, this is the show for you.
  • All mediums will be accepted for consideration.
  • Submissions are also open for site-specific installation work and performances throughout the mansion's 2nd floor, in a space rumored to be haunted by the ghost of famed circus owner, Al Ringling's wife, Eliza.
Kathleen Sullivan Isacson is the curator for this exhibition, working in partnership with the Lakeside Legacy Foundation.
The exhibition will be at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park,  NW of Chicago in Crystal Lake, close to Metra's Union Pacific NW line.
