Zookbinders is in need of a Photography Customer Support with passion, energy, intellect and drive that can bring fresh ideas and a dedication to growing a fast paced wedding album company. This position is responsible for the completion of each issue from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
-Professionally communicate with photographers via phone or email

- Investigate and resolve customer problems pertaining to digital files, orders, etc. with minimal supervisor intervention

-Demonstrate friendly and welcoming attitude in communicating with new and existing customers

-Handle incoming customer calls, emails and web chats.

-Data entry of customer information into a CRM database

-Attend occasional day and/or evening company events

-Provides product demonstrations to clients upon requests.

-Communicates accurate information about the Zookbinders organization, products and services.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree

- Photography background and industry knowledge preferred
- 3-5 years of customer service experience with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency with MS Office, Photoshop  and CRM tools.
- Must be highly organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
- Extreme attention to detail.
